Position: Registered Home Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to join our team in Worcester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuro-rehabilitation and a proven track record with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

• Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

• Registered Manager with a valid NMC or HCPC registration.
• Extensive experience in neuro-rehabilitation.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and a successful history of CQC inspections.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
