The Finance Transformation Lead will drive key transformation initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the finance function. The role will involve overseeing and executing high-priority finance tasks, including process standardisation, automation, and the overhaul of key finance processes across income recognition, invoicing, reporting, and credit control.

Responsibilities:

Key initiatives to be worked on include but are not limited to:

  • Income Recognition Policy
  • Streamlining Invoicing Process
  • Credit Control Enhancement
  • Month End Process
  • Reporting Overhaul

Salary Range (pro rata if part time): CGL points 53 to 55 (£58,040.18 - £60,410.25)
