This role will primarily focus on business development, creating new opportunities, and building partnerships with schools, while also involving some candidate attraction in collaboration with our Talent Managers.
Key Highlights:- Trainee Recruitment Consultant role with a business development focus at JobsinED, a new and rapidly expanding company based in Milton Keynes.
- Full-time position with a competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
- Extensive training and mentorship to help you grow into a leading business developer in education recruitment.
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm, in a dynamic office environment.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role:As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at JobsinED, your main focus will be on business development – generating new leads, building strong relationships with schools, and expanding our client base. You'll play a vital role in identifying opportunities and driving the growth of our company.
While the primary focus is on business development, there may also be some involvement in candidate attraction, especially in the early stages of your role.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development; Proactively reach out to schools to build new relationships and partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to expand our client base and secure new business across the London education sector.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of schools and position JobsinED as the go-to recruitment partner.
- Collaborate with Talent Managers on candidate attraction strategies as needed.
- Contribute to the growth strategy and help shape JobsinED’s future success.
- Graduates with a keen interest in business development and a drive to build lasting professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for networking.
- Ambition to develop a career in recruitment, with a focus on sales and business growth.

- A competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000, (OTE £45,000+ first year) with uncapped commission based on new business secured.
