HR Advisor
We are recruiting for a leading manufacturing company with over 200 employees, who take pride in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and engaged.
As the HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in building strong employee relationships and boosting engagement across the company.
Key Responsibilities as HR Advisor:
- Employee Relations
- Employee Engagement
- Performance Management
- HR Administration
- Policy Compliance
Qualifications:
- CIPD3 qualified.
- 3-5 years of HR Advisor experience, especially in employee relations and engagement.
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You'll primarily work in an office but will need to visit our manufacturing areas throughout the day, based in Chandlers Ford & Eastleigh.
