About Us: We are seeking an experienced and resilient Children's Home Manager for our 4-bed Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) Children's Home. Our home is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children with EBD, and we are looking for a leader who is passionate about making a difference in their lives.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the team to provide exceptional care and support to the children.
• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
• Ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards and achieving positive inspection outcomes.
• Managing budgets, resources, and staff effectively.
• Promoting a positive and therapeutic environment for children and staff.
• Building strong relationships with external agencies, families, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Home Manager in an EBD Children's Home.
• In-depth knowledge of OFSTED regulations and a strong track record in inspections.
• The ability to manage and inspire a challenging team.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to promoting the welfare and development of children with EBD.
