📍 Location: Colchester, Essex💷 Salary: £12.26 per hour
🕒 Hours: Part-time – 15 hours per week (includes weekdays & weekends)
🚗 Driver preferred❗ You must have the right to work full time in the UK

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Colchester.

- Assist with personal care, daily household tasks, and maintaining routines
- Encourage involvement in local activities and hobbies
- Foster independence, dignity and empowerment
- Promote a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment
- Be flexible and adaptable to different situations and needs
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience with autism and challenging behaviours

- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to lone work confidently and responsibly
- Driving ability preferred (to support community activities)
