Community Mental Health Nurse

Pay Rate: Day £27ph

Responsibilities:

• To manage a small caseload if individuals living in the community, with an array of mental health needs.
• To provide mental health assessments, create care plans and refer to 3rd parties when required.
• Monitor and evaluate mental state, symptoms, and overall well-being.
• Administer medications, monitor adherence, and assess for side effects or changes in response to treatment.
• Develop risk management strategies to keep patients and others safe.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced valid DBS
• Must hold nursing degree.
• Community experience is desired but not essential.

£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
