Senior Front Office Recruiter - Investment Banking - Equities

As a Senior Front Office Recruiter, you will support Hiring Managers in filling Front Office Sales & Trading vacancies by providing expert advice and ensuring high standards throughout the recruitment process. You’ll interact directly with the client, offering expert guidance and managing their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Please note you must have in depth experience in recruiting Sales & Trading roles and significant exposure to equities to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior hiring managers/stakeholders
  • Analyse the market to help reduce reliance on agencies
  • Source and engage a pool of suitable candidates for future recruitment needs
  • Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process, providing advice and expertise on the recruitment process. Ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
  • Recommend the best attraction strategies, fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable
  • Lead discussions on vacancy consultations
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience; managing candidate satisfaction from initial interview to start date
  • Assist the hiring manager with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an appropriate offer; lead the complex offer process and negotiations to close the candidate.
  • Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within your area of expertise, taking action to address them, and use judgment to escalate appropriately.
  • Proactively manage future demand by facilitating demand planning meetings to discuss forecasts with the client resourcing lead team
  • Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside live demand. Regularly report on the progress of the Talent Pool
  • Actively participate in, or coordinate projects outside your direct remit of responsibility
  • Ensure Data Integrity is maintained at all times
Skills & Experience:

You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery in Front Office Sales roles
  • Strong Equities knowledge
  • Strong senior-level recruitment experience
  • Solid understanding of attraction and candidate sourcing strategies
  • Headhunting experience in the Investment Banking sector
  • Experience working in a matrixed organisation
  • Strong administration and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience managing relationships with sophisticated/senior stakeholders
  • Previous experience handling complex hiring scenarios
  • Previous experience working in a highly bureaucratic environment
  • Experience formulating complex offers
