Centre Coordinator

Are you a dynamic and customer-focused professional with a passion for operational excellence? Our client, a leading provider of exceptional service and engaging environments, is seeking a Centre Coordinator to join their team in Cambridge. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective operation, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within the centre.

You will manage three members of staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, exceptional customer service, and successful sales initiatives. Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct professional and welcoming tours, managing the process from initial engagement to securing new business.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining service and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist the General Manager in driving sales efforts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Provide daily guidance, support, and supervision to three Centre Operations Assistants.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team discussions to address queries and set priorities.
  • Assist with budget forecasting, customer reporting, and financial planning.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Management experience in any background/sector.
  • Sales experience with a proven record in revenue generation within a customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Minimum Grade C in English and Math (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and supervisory abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service management, facility operations, or a similar supervisory role.
