Job Description- Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Managing a busy switchboard, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate individuals.
- Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinating mail distribution within the organisation.
- Assisting with the organisation of meetings and events.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the Secretarial & Business Support department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience in a front-of-house or reception role.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to multitask.
- A high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- A competitive salary range of £23000-25000 GBP per annum.
