As an Employee Experience Designer (Senior Consultant) in our Employee Experience & HR Team, you’ll play a key role in driving forward the business, modelling our values and behaviours, and coaching and developing junior members of the team. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and employees to understand their pain points, challenges, and objectives related to employee experience and HR processes.
- Analyse current HR processes and practices, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Translate HR requirements and employee data into experience solutions, initiatives, and strategies, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision and scope of work.
- Design moments that matter, current and future state experience journeys, experience strategies and process maps using employee data and requirements.
- Lead workshops and meetings with employees and senior HR stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate solution capabilities, and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and expertise on HR and experience trends, industry best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with HR teams, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Lead project workstreams by taking ownership for delivering work against key project deadlines and guiding more junior members where necessary.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing activities to enhance team capabilities and expertise in Employee/People Experience solutions.
- Proactively assisting and supporting in the management and leadership of client engagements, while reporting to Managers and above.
- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
- Relevant experience working on HR and/or Employee Experience solutions for a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry.
- Proven track record and expertise in User Research, User-Centred Design, and/or Employee Experience Transformation.
- Experience in persona building, employee data gathering, journey mapping, process design, and building experience strategies.
- Knowledge and/or experience working and delivering solutions for clients in the Public and Defence sectors.
