Customer service advisor
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a customer service environment involving complete ownership for the customer.
A positive telephone manner is therefore essential for this role along with excellent keyboard and admin skills to ensure accuracy with all customers. There will be occasions where you will have to handle and resolve conflict effectively, so you must be confident enough to take control of difficult situations to reach a positive outcome.
You'll be the 1st point of contact for all customers calling through to the busy switchboard. The calls you'll receive will vary.Therefore, it's important you're confident when speaking to different customers, providing them with a friendly service, offering empathy and showing understanding of their situation.
