Commissioning Engineer - Wolverhampton
JA are recruiting an experienced Commissioning Engineer at a site based in Oswestry.
You will report directly to the Commissioning Manager and be responsible for overseeing all commissioning activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely and in compliance with Company Procedures, specifications, and best practices.

Commissioning Engineer role: Review and monitor project risks related to MEICA.
Participate in commissioning systems inductions and toolbox talks.Collaborate with the Design team to ensure plant commissioning requirements are integrated during the design phase and included in the relevant scope of work.
Review design deliverables, including the FDS, equipment and instrument lists, P&IDs, control philosophy, and telemetry requirements, and develop Compliance & Commissioning Plans in alignment with the design intent.
Oversee and authorise FAT and SAT and carry out process witness tests.
Assist in developing the initial Commissioning Programme.
Attend Progress and Commissioning Meetings and compile commissioning documentation and deliverables.
Provide input into Commissioning Strategy Reviews and Documentation.
Liaise with sub-contractors regards commissioning deliverables and interfaces.
Support the preparation of takeover reports and coordinate with the entire scheme delivery team.
Commissioning Engineer requirements: Capable of demonstrating experience in electrical commissioning.
Extensive on-site experience in water and/or water recycling operations.Hands-on knowledge of water and/or water recycling processes.
A valid clean UK driving license.
Minimum Level 3 electrical discipline qualification.
Experience of setting up actuated valves, flowmeters, pressure and level transducers.
Experience of communication networks and telemetry systems and SCADA.
Proven attention to details WRT test record keeping and close out reports.
