Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll drive top-tier service, harness technology to enhance customer journeys, and grow key accounts. This role combines order management, customer relations, and strategic account development.
Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and process orders.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring clear communication.
  • Elevate customer service standards.
  • Conduct customer meetings to support account growth.
  • Coordinate between manufacturing, dispatch, sales, and finance to streamline operations.
  • Embrace growth within the company.
  • Manage the Customer Experience team and ensure daily checklist actions are completed.
Ideal Candidate: Essential Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Skilled with sales and order processing tech.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Minimum two years of experience managing a team.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Background in bakery or food industry or FMCG.
  • Proven customer service expertise and leadership.
  • Eagerness to contribute across departments.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Passion for premium bakery products.

Additional info
  • Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday- Friday, based in Farringdon HQ, with escalation support over weekends
  • 3 step recruitment process - screening call, face-to-face and final face-to-face with senior members of the team.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
