Key Responsibilities:
Support in the management of care provision within the operating department.Lead and manage the team, arranging staff training and coordinating resource requirements.
Develop skills and knowledge of other staff members and yourself.
Provide high quality patient care and contribute to quality improvementAssemble and prepare surgical equipment for a wide range of operative procedures.
The right candidate will:
Be a Registered Practitioner with NMC/HCPC registration.Have at least 3 years’ experience in coordination, ordering, first assistant and mentoring others, with a mentorship qualification.
Have experience in customer care and Orthopaedics
