Weekly paid weekend work available for experienced Support Workers in the Alfreton area!
A residential supported living unit in Alfreton are looking to supplement their team with passionate and reliable Support Workers.
You will be assisting in providing round-the-clock care to the service users living with learning disabilities and complex care needs. You will be enabling them to live as independently as possible, while learning important life skills.
You will work to empower residents by accompanying them in daily activities. Other responsibilities will also include household duties and any necessary paperwork.
If you have experience providing high quality care in your local area, then we would love to hear from you!
To be suitable for this position you must have:- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

You will have access to available hours on a week by week basis with typical hours being: 07:00 to 14:00
14:00 to 21:0021:00 to 07:00
The rate of pay for this role is £11.44 per hour.
