Customer Service Advisor

Hays is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a local organisation for a customer service advisor on a permanent, part-time basis. The opportunity to join a small & established team to support day-to-day operations in a customer-facing role.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers
• Handle bookings through phone and internal systems
• Generate and clarify accurate invoices
• Keep customer records up to date in accordance with GDPR
• Identify and suggest additional services or products to enhance the customer experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
