The successful candidate will be a team player, and looking for a career Reception role which is also part of an exciting and dynamic organisation. Be the first face clients see when they visitManage meeting room bookings and provide refreshmentsScreen phone calls and deal with all incoming/outgoing correspondenceManage office inventoryRecord office expenditureManage building maintenance and securityWork closely with Office Coordinator to ensure efficiencyGeneral administrative support
What you’ll need:
Proficient in use of Microsoft OfficeBe detail-orientatedHave excellent time-management and the ability to prioritiseMust be professional and diplomaticBe confident speaking with all levels of managementHave excellent written and verbal communicationAble to work autonomouslyTiger is B Corp Certified.
