Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations (IR) Account Director to lead and manage a portfolio of clients, predominantly in the KSA marketplace , providing strategic counsel on investor communications and capital markets strategies. You will be a key player in driving the growth and success of our Investor Relations practice, working closely with C-suite executives to ensure clear, consistent, and compelling communication with shareholders, analysts, and other key stakeholders.

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, including publicly listed companies, private equity firms, and other financial institutions.
• Investor Communications Strategy: Develop and implement investor relations strategies that align with clients’ business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all investor touchpoints.
• Capital Markets Expertise: Provide strategic counsel on financial reporting, investor presentations, earnings calls, and annual reports. Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks to guide client strategy.
• Media and Analyst Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial media, analysts, and key opinion leaders, ensuring accurate and favorable coverage for clients.
• Crisis Communication: Lead crisis communication efforts for clients, managing sensitive investor issues such as financial restatements, M&A activity, leadership changes, and regulatory matters.
• Corporate Reporting: Oversee the development of earnings materials, press releases, and investor Q&As, ensuring compliance with market regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients’ C-suite teams to prepare for investor roadshows, AGMs, and one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and analysts.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams including PR, digital, and creative professionals to deliver integrated campaigns that support client business objectives. Mentor junior team members and help foster talent development within the agency.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, communications, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or related fields, with significant client-facing experience.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, capital structures, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop and execute IR strategies that enhance corporate reputation and increase shareholder value.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
