About Our Client
Due to continued growth, the client is looking to onboard an experienced Office Administrator based in Norwich (hybrid working, 3 days a week on site). This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Administrator, or someone with office experience looking to continue their career within Office Administration.
Job Description- Facilitate day-to-day administrative operations
- Act as the 'go to' person for all office needs, i.e. stationary, kitchen supplies, liaising with external contacts
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings and events
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met and maintained
- Compile and update records and databases
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with expenses and invoicing
- Ensure office procedures adhere to company policies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Administrator should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
