Required to start ASAP -37 Hours Per Week - Permanent Contract – Term Time Only

We are a happy, nurturing and ambitious school community.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic and dedicated person to join our team working within the school reception office.

The successful candidates will:

  • Have experience working in an educational setting.
  • Haveexcellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Be resilient, flexible and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting and welcoming and providing initial assistance.
  • Maintain attendance records for pupils.
  • Maintain the pupil medical register
  • Ensure that reception duties are covered throughout the school day by working with the Office Manager.
  • Deal with and respond to a variety of contact from pupils, parents and visitors including direct telephone and written correspondence ensuring clear, precise and accurate communication.
