Interim Chief Financial Officer

With such amazing and urgent priorities, they are looking to appoint an interim Chief Financial Officer to ensure their finance function can support and exceed their growing ambitions.
Key responsibilities:
Provide high quality strategic financial planning, modelling and analysis that supports professional, accurate and risk-based decision-making
Develop financial strategy and operations to underpin funding growth and delivery of group objectives
Develop and lead effective financial management across the group, with legal entities in UK, Europe and USA Have oversight for the development of the finance control and systems infrastructure to ensure the organisation and team have the tools necessary to support the growth of the organisation
Provide effective leadership and professional development to the Finance team to ensure service excellence.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant and have previous experience of working at board level within an international charity. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to convey complex and technical financial information to a diverse range of stakeholders.You will be an empowering leader with strong coaching skills, and the ability to develop and inspire others.
My client offers a flexible hybrid working policy, with 2-3 days a week in their London office.
