Contact Centre Manager

- Contract: Temp to Perm
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in contact centres or call centres who are ready to step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Managing a team of 10-15 people, ensuring high performance and engagement✅ Driving KPIs and business objectives, supporting team development
✅ Providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to the team
✅ Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
✅ Working occasional weekends and bank holidays as required
What We're Looking For:
- Contact centre/call centre experience is highly desirable
- Some managerial/leadership experience in a customer-focused environment
- Strong ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams
- KPI-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
