Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to individuals in a home care setting, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the well-being of our clients.This role requires excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to follow care plans effectively.

Duties:- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
