About You: We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting young people in overcoming barriers to education. You will need to be resilient, flexible, and able to adapt your teaching approach to suit the varying needs of our students.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching English at secondary level, ideally with experience in alternative provisions, PRUs, or SEN environments.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.
  • Experience in delivering functional skills or alternative qualifications.
Why Join Us?
