Reports to: Nurse/Senior Support Worker
Key duties and responsibilities- Assisting residents with daily personal care, such as washing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Supporting residents with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health or wellbeing to senior staff.
- Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities to enhance their quality of life.
- A caring and patient nature.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.
