About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Home Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their personal care needs are met while respecting their dignity and promoting their independence.Working as part of a focused team, you will assist in daily care activities and maintain a supportive and positive environment in our care home.
Reports to: Nurse / Senior Support Worker
Skills and Attributes- A caring and patient nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential
