Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Puccino's are a successful Coffee Franchise with stores located in high footfall areas within travel locations.
We are looking for our a Franchise Area Manager who will display great leadership qualities and coaching skills in order to inspire and support the Franchise Partners and their teams to achieve greater results and to implement the operational needs of the business in order to maximize sales and profit for the Franchise Partners and the Group.
ResponsibilitiesWhilst not an exhaustive list these are some of the key responsibilities for this role:
- Implementing and maintaining Puccino’s brand standards
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Managing relationships with our franchisees and their teams
- Oversee trading units and assess that they are meeting customer satisfaction goals
- Supporting with the launch of new stores
- General business management advice and coaching
- Ensuring compliance and effective franchise management
- Perform training sessions, training support and one to one coaching
- Enhance and develop skills and knowledge across the group
- Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies
- Review Franchisees performance and customer related statistics
- Proven experience in operational management
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation
- Strong people management skills with a coaching and supportive approach
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening skills, tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations
- Able to demonstrate initiative and take the lead on tasks and projects
- Actively seeks to improve personal and team performance
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
