Job overview
As Digital Co-ordinator you will develop and deliver both IT and clinical systems training courses to the trusts end users. This will include designing training packages, developing course materials and training end users either on a one to one basis or in group sessions.
Please note, this post could be subject to a potential TUPE transfer into NTW Solutions, our wholly owned subsidiary Company the potential Tupe date is 1^st April 2025.
Main duties of the job
The post requires close working with the whole digital department to deliver training to a variety of staff. The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of delivering training programmes using different delivery techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of training tools and techniques.
- Able to produce high quality training products and material.
- Education to a degree level (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of clinical and corporate information systems is desirable.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
You will develop products and materials such as eLearning, user guides and FAQ documents to assist the end user to effectively use digital solutions, corporate and clinical information systems to a high standard.
You will hold regular courses for new users, students and refresher training. You’ll also attend meetings and workshops in a supporting role to refresh the knowledge of our users.

Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria- • Experience of delivering training programmes using different delivery techniques
- • Excellent knowledge of training tools and techniques.
- • Knowledge of training needs analysis and curriculum development.
- • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office is essential.
- • Ensure professional knowledge is regularly updated and keep abreast of relevant developments.
- • Understanding of the business goals of the organisation.
- • Experience of delivering training programmes using different delivery techniques.
- • Experience of using a range of Informatics solutions.
- • Knowledge of clinical and corporate information systems is desirable.
Skills
Essential criteria- • Able to produce high quality training products and material.
- • Proven classroom management and facilitation skills.
- • Ability to convey a range of information to an audience.
- • Ability to converse fluently, logically and confidently with a wide range of people.
- • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- • Ability to write clear concise reports, letters, minutes, packages and documents using a good standard of English.
