Marketing and Fundraising Officer

About Our Client

Leading International Development Organisation.

• Manage brand-building and fundraising recruitment campaigns across TV, Face-to-Face, Digital, and other channels.
• Oversee campaign execution, including creative development, scheduling, stakeholder sign-off, and performance monitoring.
• Support Face-to-Face and DRTV campaigns to meet recruitment targets for child sponsors and regular givers.
• Drive brand awareness campaigns to attract new donors, campaigners, and supporters.
• Manage relationships with media, creative, and fundraising agencies to optimize campaigns for KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing and ensure systems are in place for success.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Identify innovative activities to build brand awareness, recruit new supporters, and maximize income.

• Experience managing direct marketing and supporter engagement campaigns across multiple channels.
• Skilled in monitoring KPIs, budgets, and reporting results.
• Proficient in briefing and applying data analysis and insights.
• Experience working with agencies on fundraising and marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication, building effective relationships across all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills, managing varied workloads with attention to detail.
• Experience in creating or managing supporter journeys.
• Knowledge of safeguarding requirements and best practices in fundraising.
• Solutions-focused with a drive for continuous improvement.
