We have an opportunity for a talented and ambitious leader to join our Strategic Leadership Team as Assistant Headteacher – Safeguarding.

Holly Lodge School is a comprehensive 11-19 school and sixth form serving the diverse community of Smethwick, West Midlands.   • Knowledgeable and experience of safeguarding, and demonstrate a passion for managing this excellence across the school community
  • Able to create a culture for safeguarding where their staff and students feel safe and staff understand their responsibility towards this
  • Able to recognise the value of learning beyond the classroom and actively help shape students by enhancing the understanding of the world we live in, value enrichment opportunities and be passionate about delivering a high quality extra-curricular programme
