Sr. Product Manager, Relay Spot Supply, SWA Business

Product manager responsible for Business KPI's for Ship With Amazon(SWA) loads on Relay Load Board. Key Goals-Performance management,Manage RLB pricing and other product strategies, conducts experiments and adopts new RLB pricing tech to SWA demand profiles to deliver cost and conversion goals.

Key job responsibilities
Deliver results by owning business performance outcomes for Ship with Amazon(SWA) demand on Relay Load Board
Develop long-term demand and cost forecasts in partnership with business and finance partners
Think big by enhancing existing product features and pitch new ideas to scale business.
Coordinate between PM teams (SWAOps/ST Ops/ RSS Spot Demand /CX/RFI) to optimize demand orchestration, UI/CX opportunities, and external market inputs- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
