An acquisitive and fast-growing company based in Bracknell is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join their team on a 3-6 month contract. This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to work three days a week in the office. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the business during a critical period of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cashflow forecasting to manage liquidity and ensure business operations are funded.
• Management accounting to support business decision-making.
• Group reporting for consolidations across multiple entities.
• Budgeting and analysis to maintain financial oversight.
• Preparing and reviewing management packs for senior leadership.
• Overseeing a team of 4, providing leadership and support to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• CIMA or ACCA Qualified Accountant is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills required for financial modelling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience in cashflow forecasting, consolidation, and group reporting is a must.
