We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to be part of the Global Operations team. The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the people support and vetting teams, managing all people activities globally associated with the onboarding, vetting and employee lifecycle changes for our people.
The role involves ensuring compliance with our client and legal requirements in relation to screening and vetting. In addition, the role will be required to lead projects on behalf of People Operations, to improve processes, drive global standardisation and deliver against business priorities.
Requirements- People/ HR generalist experience with detailed knowledge of managing teams (5- 20 people) to deliver employee lifecycle in a global People function
- Experience of implementing/ monitoring team performance against SLA/ KPIs on a global basis.
- Highly organised, and experience of working in a fast paced environment, while balancing multiple demands.
- Continuous improvement mindset or qualifications e.g. agile/ lean. Or practical experience of transformation and improvement on a global basis.
- Project management experience or qualifications.
- Employment law/ legislative experience in Civica core locations (Singapore, India, UK, US, Canada, Australia & New Zealand) (Preferred)
- Experience of implementing HRIS across multiple jurisdictions. ( preferred)
