Warehouse Manager
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our client, a leading and well-established school refurbishment companies providing educational establishments with complete turn-key design, refurbishment and FF&E packages to clients nationwide.

The RoleAs Warehouse Manager you would be responsible for organizing and managing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate tracking of goods, coordinating transport and deliveries, and enforcing health and safety regulations.
Key tasks will include…- Overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock management
- Loging and tracking incoming and outgoing deliveries, verifying accuracy
- Liaising with factories, suppliers, and transport providers to coordinate deliveries to site or warehouse
- Arranging necessary transport and ensuring timely dispatch of materials
- Managing warehouse resources, internal staff and subcontracted labour, monitoring and logging working hours
- Ensuring all purchase orders, material lists, and delivery schedules are reviewed and managed effectively
- Assisting in assembling and preparing FF&E components as needed
- Conducting regular stock checks and warehouse audits to maintain accurate records
The Candidate
You will be a hardworking, tenacious, and dependable individual with experience providing a high standard of warehouse / operations support in previous roles. Experience in the construction or FF&E industry is preferred, while key skills and characteristics will include…- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Confident in liaising with suppliers, transport providers, and project teams
- Competent in warehouse stock management software, project management tools, and Excel.
- Logical thinker with good timekeeping and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
