The role involves setting up and maintaining project documentation, ensuring all key files are accurate and up to date to prevent delays. The candidate will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure workflows are in place, including signed-off drawings, budgets, contracts, and compliance documents.They will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating contractor activities in line with client needs, and arranging necessary surveys such as asbestos assessments. The role also includes preparing reports for project meetings, attending and documenting discussions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
The candidate will oversee space utilisation strategies, conduct workspace assessments, and engage with department heads to align spatial requirements with business needs. Additionally, they will lead small projects, ensure all elements such as signage, furniture, and staff moves are accounted for, and drive problem-solving throughout project execution.
