Please note that the salary will be calculated based on the number of term-time weeks and contracted hours, with the advertised salary (£27,164 – £31,492 per annum, pro rata £24,329.86 – £28,206.30) reflecting the full academic year
Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone flexible, proactive, and ready to take on a varied and rewarding set of responsibilities. These include working closely with local authorities and schools to support smooth student transitions, coordinating PEPs in a timely manner, and collaborating with internal support services and external partners.The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with Virtual Schools and other stakeholders, keeping clear and accurate records, and assisting learners with key documentation, including housing, benefits, and bursary applications.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
We’re keen to hear from colleagues with experience in building effective working relationships across teams and with external professionals. A sound understanding of safeguarding and the Prevent duty is essential. If you’re motivated, well-organised, and committed to helping young people overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
