Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient communication within the office. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our administrative functions and requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various software applications.
Duties
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for carers to visit and support customers within thier own homes as detailed in thier support plan requirements, in line with Local Authority commisioning requirements and GQG Guidelines. Ensuring all appointments are accurately logged and communicated.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records within our systems.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Maintain an organised workspace and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
  • Complete Care and support visits for customers as the buisness requires.
  • Performing Care and support visits on Alternative weekends as the buisness needs.
  • Managing and holding the Out of Hours phone on Alternative weekends and one evening each week on a rota basis. ( Additional Oncall payment is provided for this service)
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative, Coordinating or scheduling role is preferred.
  • Proven experience in Caring for and supporting Vulnerable Adults, in either a Care home setting or within thier own homes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computerised systems.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Pay: £13.25-£13.50 per hour
