What we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated Job Planner & Administrator to join our team. This multifaceted role involves planning and scheduling jobs, handling phone calls, and providing general administrative support, including some reception duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule jobs based on project requirements and timelines.
  • Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Provide reception support, greeting visitors and managing appointments.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of job schedules and administrative activities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a planning or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
