An independent veterinary practice in Ely, established for over 25 years, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their long-established and close-knit team.

This busy practice has built a loyal client base over the years, offering a wide variety of cases and a vibrant, fulfilling workload. The successful candidate will be stepping into a warm and welcoming environment, supported by a fantastic team of vets, registered veterinary nurses, and dedicated support staff-all of whom have been part of the practice for many years, contributing to its family-like atmosphere.

The practice is equipped with excellent facilities, including x-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory, allowing for thorough diagnostics and comprehensive patient care. The role will involve sole charge, so the ideal candidate will need at least 3-4 years of experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to make confident decisions.

Equally important is a passion for client care, as they will be expected to build relationships with the loyal clientele and communicate effectively in a friendly and professional manner.

The Rota:

4-5 days per week
Full time or part time applicants welcome
