Education and Training

£150 - £250 Per day dependent on qualifications and experience
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Health & Social Care lessons to students
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Health & Social Care or related field
  • Experience teaching Health & Social Care at secondary level

Degree in Health & Social Care or related field

Minimum of 2 years teaching Health & Social Care at secondary level
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Social Care curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with diverse student populations

The Health & Social Care Teacher will work in a secondary school setting, following the school's academic calendar and timetable. The role may involve some additional responsibilities such as extracurricular activities or parent meetings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
