Health and Social Care Teacher

Duration: Until Easter 2025

Hays Education is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health and Social Care Teacher to join our team on a full-time supply basis in Stockton. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about teaching and making a positive impact on students' understanding of health and social care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive Health and Social Care lessons to students at various levels.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Health and Social Care at the secondary school level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
