Non-Executive Director – QSR London 1-2 days per month We are working with an exciting business in the QSR/ ‘Grab and Go’ space who are looking to onboard a Non-Executive Director to assist with scaling sites across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced NED to offer advice, guidance and strategy at an exciting point of the business journey.The Individual: The successful appointment will be an experienced c-suite/ founder who is currently or recently involved in the QSR/ grab and go industry. You will have extensive knowledge with UK growth and proven success of creating and executing growth strategies alongside the ability to set a business up for exit.Requirements:
Experience as C-Suite, Founder or NED within the QSR industryProven success of growing and scaling similar businesses across the UKAbility to successfully set a business up for exitCapable of challenging and opening dialogue with the current board on various topicsAbility to work collaboratively with the FoundersIdentify and evaluate market trends and opportunities, keeping the company at the forefront of industry developments.Can-do attitude with desire to build on the success of the businessFlexible work pattern to fit the needs of the businessFoster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation.
