Producing care workers’ rotasEnsuring complete care plans and care worker files
Monitoring care workers’ attendance using software
Arranging care reviews and risk assessments
Conducting service user visits and quality checks
Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
Supporting HR in recruiting care workers
Managing care workers and conducting supervisions
Representing the company in meetings
Attending training events to stay updated with best practices
Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements
