About Our Client

• Provide expert financial planning and analysis
• Contribute to the financial stability of the organisation
• Use financial analysis tools and techniques to evaluate the long-term consequences of different business scenarios and stress testing
• Conduct risk assessments and opportunity evaluations about long-term financial strategy
• Produce and present financial reports to senior management
• Adhere to financial regulations and standards
• Contribute to updating and improving long-term financial models to appropriately represent changing market circumstances and corporate plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
• Identify and implement opportunities for financial improvements

• Recently achieved, or be actively working towards, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA accounting qualification.
• A keen interest in the Housing sector
• Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial reports
• Experience working with huge, complicated data sets across different systems.
• Experience working with numerous business divisions to centralise planning operations.

• Salary - £45,500 per year, with an additional £5,000 upon passing probation
• Pension - 15% pension contribution
• Annual leave - 25 days annual leave plus 3 Christmas closure days
• Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office with flexibility on start time and finish time
