Jagex are excited to be hiring for a Workplace Coordinator to join the team. You will be the face of the company from the moment the door opens, representing Jagex in the best way possible.

You'll supervise and liaise with all service providers and internal customers at Jagex to ensure the best possible workplace solutions are offered.

You will be part of a small friendly team looking after the studio, and be comfortable collaborating with people at all levels across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the reception desk, being the first point of call for all visitors and contractors
  • Create, issue and manage ID cards for new starters/existing staff as required
  • Act as a key point of contact for Facilities & Business Support
  • Ensure all handyman, porterage and meeting room related work orders are completed on time and that the Jagex FM reporting system is maintained and checked regularly
  • Management of mail room services including daily post and courier deliveries
  • Work closely with IT to manage weekly shipping of new starter kits as well as adhoc shipments
  • Support department with completion of Helpdesk tickets
  • Support the department with on-site travel arrangements
  • Manage both hot desk, meeting room and zone bookings, including room set-up, meeting materials and catering arrangements
  • DSE assessments, risk assessments, manual handling training, fire marshal and first aid arrangements
  • Assist the Workplace Services Manager with Jagex QHSE processes and procedures

What we're looking for:

  • Customer focused with relevant experience in facilities or customer services in a B2C environment
  • Sound problem-solving ability
  • H&S knowledge
  • Strong team player with a passion for customer service
  • Microsoft systems literate with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Diplomatic, tactful and approachable
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and resilient
  • Business minded, change orientated and proactive
  • Willingness to learn new systems and procedures

Applicants must live within commutable distance to our office in Cambridge.

This role will require you to be in the studio full time 5 days a week. We're are flexible with the hours across the 5 days, with a minimum of 30 hours pro rata.
