Receive and respond to telephone calls from patients who wish to change/ cancel their appointment Receive and respond to booking requests from within the hospital and from patients Check clinic bookings for addons of ad-hoc appointments Book transport and interpreters where required and record requirements appropriately Attend trust meetings where required Any other duties that may be required from time to time in line with posts holders grade, experience and job title.
Provide comprehensive and effective administration support assistance to the maternity administrators (in line with responsibilities outlined). Answer telephone and email queries. Book the combined screening and pass referral to relevant team.
