• Client Engagement: Visit new and existing clients to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
• Candidate Selection: Identify and select temporary workers who fit the requirements of your clients.

• Sales Targets: With guidance, work towards achievable sales goals based on your experience.
• Mentoring: Our Senior Recruitment Consultants will be responsible for helping and guiding more junior members of our team and part of your development into future management roles
