Manchester - Business Support Administrator and Receptionist
Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator & Receptionist to join our team, based in Salford. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £24,960 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities for this Business Support Administrator & Receptionist role are:
Be the first point of contact on Reception for all clients and employeesPhotocopy and general admin duties.
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries and prepare outgoing mail for collection.
Help us manage contractual requirements for a range of jobs
Providing strong administrative support for maintenance works
Coordinating programmed works schedules
Working to meet customer and client expectations
Validating each job to ensure the required information is available
Ensuring all regulatory information is updated, logged and logged to relevant system
Administrating works to support Supervisors/Site Managers to enable them to
Prioritise and schedule
Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, in order to maintain levels of service delivery and support Supervisor/Site Supervisors to meet contractual requirements
What we are looking for in our ideal Business Support Administrator & Receptionist:
To be competent in all aspects of reception and administration tasks and have good organisational skillsHave a strong coordinator experience, with a focus of good customer service
Ability to operate a computerised data base system and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
Strong use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
