Job Description- Providing support to the HR department
- Administering onboarding to new starters and temporary staff
- Maintaining regular HR reports
- Ensuring smooth running of administration department
- Working with SLT on pupil & attendance data
- Updating admissions register is accurate and staff records are up to date
- Assisting School Business Manager
- Supporting with the processing of POs and invoices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role within a school environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems.
- A salary range of £25,000 to £29,000, depending on experience.
- An opportunity to work with a dedicated team in the school sector.
- A permanent term-time only (+2 week) position with scope for professional growth and development.
